Refund and Returns Policy


We do not offer refunds, except when the item is the wrong one shipped, or if its condition is grossly misstated. There are a few circumstances when a partial refund might be issued; however (contact us at We do not accept returns. The reason for this policy is that our items here–with a few exceptions–are one-of-a-kind!



We will only issue partial refunds after you have contacted us and we have approved your refund.

If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, depending on your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
